Originally from Lancashire but now based in Surrey, UK – Although both my parents and my two uncles were all artists, I came to painting quite late in life – a hobby away from my career managing several businesses. Now retired, I have a little more time for my art.

Although constantly experimenting with various media, I guess I have settled mainly on landscapes, including old, derilect buildings and industrial landscapes both impressionist and abstract pieces, along with pure abstract. Most of my paintings are acrylic on canvas or art card. It depends on how I am feeling at the time for which direction I may go at any one point.
